The company was founded 1952 by will of the Scaravella Brothers and named "Officine Meccaniche Scaravella". It started its activity by manufacturing precision mechanical components.

In the later years the company developed itself, by diversifying its production in several new activity fields until 1975, when, assuming the present name, it definitively devoted itself to the design and the manufacturing of fine-adjustment re-circulating ball screws.

The company extends itself on a total area of 6000 m², 3000 of which covered, and disposes of modern plants, supported by the application of advanced technological processes and by the use of its own measuring and checking centre.
The company philosophy, source and true origin for its continuous development, is based on the technological innovation, on the direct dialogue with the Customers and on its ability in updating and developing itself in a constant way. Several agents, working as well in Italy and abroad, provide a capillary contact and distribution network.
